My feet feel amazingly soft, the massage chair is a bonus, and Joanna’s patience and kindness to get the colour I want is appreciated. When I asked for alcohol to sanitize, she denied cutting me, which was disappointing. I didn’t want to make a fuss, just wanted to avoid infection. Despite this, I’d still recommend the salon for their overall service—just be cautious and speak up if needed.”
